About The Insurance Group

The Insurance Group, Inc. has history in the area that dates back to 1908 when Lloyd and Son was formed by John Lloyd and his son, Fay.

It transformed down family roots with current partner Larry Lee joining in 1975. In 1993, Larry joined with Dennis Holmes, who had owned the Holmes Agency for over ten years, to become part of Three Rivers Agency. In 1998 Lee and Holmes, along with the Ontario and Fruitland offices of Three Rivers Agency, formed The Insurance Group, Inc.
